This Chevy was purchased by Lonnie in 1991 from the original owner's family in New Mexico. The restoration was performed by a family member in 1998 and finished in 2001. The vehicle won the Camaro Nationals in Oklahoma City and scored 997 points out of 1000, for a platinum certification. It is currently the highest scoring Z/28 in the country. The car has since been retired from competition and now resides in the family collection.
